Aches & Pains:

sweet almond – 1 tablespoon (15 ml)

caraway – 5 drops

rosemary – 5 drops

lavender – 5 drops

Mix together and massage mixture into the specific area.

Fatigue:

sweet almond – 1 tablespoon (15 ml)

peppermint – 6 drops

rosemary – 5 drops

grapefruit – 4 drops

Mix together and massage mixture into the upper chest, back of neck and shoulders.

Mood Lifting:

sweet almond – 1 tablespoon (15 ml)

grapefruit – 5 drops

ginger – 5 drops

frankincense – 5 drops

Mix together and massage mixture into the upper chest, back of neck and shoulders.

Stress Relief:

sweet almond – 4 teaspoons (20 ml)

petitgrain – 5 drops

allspice – 5 drops

mandarin – 5 drops

cypress – 5 drops

Mix together and massage mixture into the upper chest, back of neck and shoulders.

Sleep Well:

sweet almond – 1 tablespoon (15 ml)

cedarwood – 4 drops

dill – 4 drops

celery – 4 drops

***If you can’t use the sweet almond essential oil due to allergies, you can substitute it with one of the following oils: flaxseed, olive, sesame, avocado or grapeseed.***
